These are new FN PS90 rifles Capitol Armory has converted, engraved, and registered as short-barreled rifles. The barrel installed is a new 10.4" FN barrel with a CMMG 1/2x28 thread adapter. Before conversion, they are new-in-box and unfired. After conversion, the SBR is test fired with 10 rounds to ensure proper function.
